LedgerDrop pricing: the free version and Pro, side by side
Short answer: the free version reads a statement of any length and shows the whole table and the whole balance check, and writes the CSV for files of up to 3 pages. LedgerDrop Pro is $39, paid once: the CSV for any length, several statements at once, QuickBooks, Xero and freee layouts, and QBO, OFX and QIF files. No subscription, no account, nothing uploaded — either way, the PDF stays in your browser.

Questions
I lost my licence key. Can I get it back?
Yes. Paddle's receipt email carries your transaction ID, which starts with txn_. Paste it into the key box under LedgerDrop Pro on the converter, and your key is fetched again. If you cannot find the email either, write to [email protected].
Can I use Pro on another computer?
Yes. The key is stored in the browser you entered it in, so on another computer, or after clearing site data, paste it in again on the converter page. The licence is for you or your organisation; it is not sold per seat and installations are not counted.
Can my company pay for it, or claim it as an expense?
Paddle sells LedgerDrop Pro and handles the payment. Its receipt lists what was bought, what it cost, the transaction ID and an invoice. Whether the purchase is deductible is for you or your accountant to decide.
Where is my receipt?
In the email Paddle sends after the purchase. The licence key is not in it — copy the key from the page after you buy — but the transaction ID in the receipt fetches the key again if you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: if LedgerDrop Pro does not do what you needed, ask within 30 days and you will get one, one per customer. Write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with. A refunded key stops unlocking the paid features; the free version keeps working. This does not affect any statutory right you have where you live. The refund terms have the details.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after the first file: convert one with the connection on, then switch it off and convert another. It keeps working offline for as long as your browser keeps the page's files cached. Pro checks its key against the licence service at most once a month, and if the service cannot be reached the key keeps working.
Where does my statement go?
Nowhere. It is read in your browser and the file is written there; nothing from the statement is uploaded, in the free version or in Pro. The privacy page lists everything the page does send, and how to check it yourself.
Do I pay again for updates?
No. The one-time price includes all future updates to LedgerDrop Pro while the service is offered. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
